Market Area Reps



Mobile Productivity (MPI) is a new high tech company that assists technical service professionals be more proficient by providing them a new work paradigm. MPI converts information into knowledge and delivers that knowledge on a mobile, browser-based platform using a patent pending process. This Las Vegas based High Tech Firm is looking for Inside Sales Consultants. Our sales team engages in B2B (business to business) conversations that are based on usage and results, rather than feature-oriented. We offer a suite of solution-focused products to the multi-billion dollar auto tech industry. In addition to a competitive salary, your compensation package will also include lucrative commissions based on exception sales performance from your territory.



Qualifications:

-Minimum 1 year direct sales experience with a proven track record of success. Any sales experience with phone sales in general, time share sales, telemarketing, or outbound calls, is key to hire. You can not be afraid of the phones!

-Demonstrated skills of marketing products and/or services over the phone  is preferred.

-Comfortable using Microsoft Office Applications, strong internet experience,and basic typing.

-Strong communication skills, excellent customer service, competitive drive, and initiative skills desired.Must be a self motivated individual!

-Must be comfortable sitting at a terminal for entire shift.

-Automotive industry experience is a plus.



Compensation and Benefits:



Base salary is $2,500.00 per month ($30K)+++ Commissions Average person $ 45K --80K) Excellent commission plan! You can create your own paycheck!

* Relocation is not available for this position.

* Paid Training for three weeks, 8am to 5pm Mon--Fri, then normal schedule would be either 5:30am to 2:30pm, 6am--3pm, 7am--4pm, or 7:30am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday.
