Hello, this is Jim Guerrera and I am a recruiter. I am currently working on an assignment for a leading corporation that is looking for an Inside Sales Person for a Call Center.

Background Requirements:
Bachelors Degree is preferred, but not required
Experience with Inside Sales or Customer Service in a Call Center environment
Fluent in Asian Languages (i.e. Mandarin Chinese)

Scope of the Position:
Work out of local office
Report to the Call Center Manager
Manage account relationships through over the phone selling
Develop lasting account relationships
Process orders
Work hand in hand with the outside sales team of the organization

Offering:
Base Salary of 28K - 32K
Incentives
Bonus
etc.
