Inside Sales Coordinator

Multiquip Inc., based in Carson, CA, is a worldwide manufacturer/distributor of light and medium sized construction equipment. Our diverse product lines include the highest quality equipment for soil compaction, concrete placement, concrete finishing, concrete and masonry cutting, water and material pumping, portable power generation, jobsite lighting and welding.

 

We currently have an opening for an Inside Sales Coordinator. This position will be responsible for handling sales calls from customers; inputting sales orders using SAP software; coordinating the fulfillment of orders; and answering customer questions and concerns. Must be able to handle a high volume of incoming sales calls; provide price quotes to customers; determine availability of product; and estimate lead times. In addition, this person will assist the District Managers and Regional Manager.

 

Requires a detail oriented individual with 1-3 years customer service experience in a technical environment and the ability to handle a high volume of calls. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills. Data entry skills required. Working knowledge of SAP software preferred.
