(Santa Ana, CA), an established and rapidly-developing distributor of industrial hardware, tools, and safety equipment to regional manufacturers, refineries, utilities, and processors is currently seeking experienced Inside Sales/Order Desk/Customer Service Representatives, who can work independently within a dynamic, environment, to support our sales and customer service activities.

Daily responsibilities include:  response to internal/external customer inquiries, quote/order processing, product sourcing, sales order expediting/follow-up, and inventory transfer coordination ? in short, ensuring customer satisfaction!

 

 Preferred qualifications:

?  Associate degree or equivalent certification

? 2+ years of successful inside sales/order desk/customer service experience in industrial supplies/service, building materials, or related markets

? Developed problem-resolution and negotiation skills

? Developed interpersonal, organizational and time-management skills with the capacity for customer relationship development and multiple task completion

? Considerable attention to detail and sense of urgency to ensure value-added content in the sales and service process

? Unparalleled customer service, including effective interaction and communication (written/verbal) skills with all levels of an organization

? Superior PC skills utilizing MS Office applications, e-mail, and other proprietary software

? Bilingual, English/Spanish
