Inside Sales Rep. “Fortune 500” Company

Our client has over $8.5 Billion in revenue; Our Client is a 50+-year-old Fortune 300 company; continually experiences profitability and stability in an ever-changing business landscape.

 

Our client is expanding on their North American TeleSales Organization due to the need to provide new and existing customers alternate ways to procure our clients products and services.  Sales Executives will use web based technologies to sell our clients products and services to their customers all over North America.

 

The TeleSales Executive will use our client?s sales training to sell to new and existing customers in an assigned geographic territory in the United States. This position is focused on generating new accounts as well as maintaining existing accounts to generate incremental business. This will be a quota-bearing position.

 

Major Responsibilities:

 

? Have responsibility for revenue, profit targets, and territory budget.

? Implement sales strategies/call prioritization to achieve revenue and targets.

? Initiate sales calls to existing customers within assigned territories.

? Establish and maintain good customer relations, with both internal and external customers.

? Organized with excellent time management skills

? Aptitude for acquiring selling skills and product knowledge

? Ability to manage multiple tasks

? Excellent systems literacy knowledge and skills ? MS Office and Internet

? Able to work independently as well as with a team

? Excellent oral and written communication skills

 

Qualifications:

 

? 3-5 yrs successful sales experience

? Prior Telesales/ Inside sales experience preferred

? Strong communication and customer relations skills.

? Demonstrate sales aptitude; assertive, persistent, good listener, self-motivated, excellent closing skills

? Good mathematical ability.

? Well organized.  Effective time and activity management skills.

? Mature and self confident with the ability to work under pressure.

? Must be goal-oriented; must be able to reach and exceed monthly/yearly quotas

? Excellent systems literacy knowledge ? MS Office, Excel, Word, Internet

? Ability to utilize keyboard/PC to capture in a dynamic way, customer discovery.

? Ability to prioritize work, with attention to detail.

? Bachelors Degree in Business or Marketing (preferred)

? HR or Payroll experience a strong plus

 

 

Compensation will include:

Base salary of 30K-40K

First year total comp between 45K-55K

Company paid health and dental benefits.
