Inside Sales Representative

Handle incoming phone calls for customer orders, catalog requests, sample requests and general inquiries. Ensure order accuracy through verification of all account and order information. Attempt to "add value" to every order through cross-selling and up-selling. Answer incoming calls in a prompt, professional manner. Communicate effectively with customers to ensure accuracy and quality of customer account information and order data. Maximize sales opportunities on every call. Cross-sell, up-sell and encourage customers to reorder past purchases. Handle "overflow" Customer Service calls, as needed. Check order status', process returns, and resolve problems. Continually enhance knowledge of Chiswick's products, pricing, procedures and computer system. Consistently meet or exceed individual sales, customer service, productivity and other performance goals.

Qualifications
Enjoy contact with customers. Excellent verbal communication skills. Effective listening skills. Strong attention to detail. Excellent time management and the ability to work well in a fast paced, team environment. Able to use a keyboard. Able to spell/verify data. High school diploma or equivalent.
