Inside Sales Representative/ Customer Service

Immediate Opportunity for Inbound Sales Reps who know how to cross-sell and retain our inbound callers!! You will have specific sales goals to meet while taking care of new and existing customers. You must be flexible to work any shift within the hours of 8am and 8pm, Monday-Saturday. Full-time schedules are available.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Other duties may be assigned as necessary.

- Answers incoming calls from existing customers.
-  Explains product or service benefits, and attempts to persuade the customer to buy additional products. - Maintain business-casual attire that adheres to company guidelines.
- Perform duties within applicable state and federal guidelines.
- Reach sales goals as set by department.
- Maintain high level of product knowledge.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- 2 years sales experience
- 1 year call center a plus
- Insurance experience a plus
- Reliable transportation
- No felonies on record
- Pass a drug screen
- Attend a three week training class with absolutely NO absences
