Inside Sales Representative - Pasadena,TX

We are looking for a team player to add to our inside sales group to fill a customer service position.

Preferred candidate will have the following:

*Minimum Associates degree in Business or a technical field.

*Minimum one year experience in a technical field

*Knowledge of valves (quarter turn, power)

*Excellent computer skills are required

*Ability to work accurately with detail and excellent problem solving skills.

*Must have good organizational skills.

*Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be customer oriented.

 

Specific Duties:

1.  Provide varied phone and e-mail support to customers.

2.  Prepare quotations.

3.  Supports the outside sales group.

4.  Completes order entry

5.  Contacts regular and prospective customers to solicit orders.

6.  Recommends products to customers, based on customers specific needs & interests.

7.  Answers questions about product, price, durability and credit terms.

8.  Provides shipping information.

9.  Investigates and resolves customer complaints.

10. Responds to requests for literature and product information
