Inside Sales Represntative

A leading manufacturer of cast and fabricated steel products is looking to hire Inside Sales Representatives for their construction products division.

 

Job Purpose:

Supports customers, sales people, and sales managers by processing orders, invoices, quote requests, and technical inquiries.

 

Duties:Maintains customer satisfaction by establishing rapport with customers and others in a position to help meet customer needs.Processes and schedules orders for production by coordinating and verifying information with the customer and plant production.Resolves product and service problems by researching the situation; identifying alternate means of filling customer needs; recommending solutions.Processes quotation requests by answering phones, email's and faxes; inputting information into database; printing, copying, and forwarding pricing and delivery information to customers.Resolves inventory allocation problems by monitoring finished goods; anticipating needs; placing and expediting inventory replenishment; verifying receipt of inventory; reconciling transaction reports.Maintains quality service by following organization standards.Maintains and develops technical knowledge through limited field travel.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.


 

Skills/Qualifications:

Sense of urgency, customer orientated, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task a must. Other helpfull qualifications include supply management, Data Entry Skills, knowledge of the construction business.
