Inside Sales / Support Representative

Pella Products of South Texas is the local distributor for Pella Windows and Doors.  The company has been in business for over twenty-five years serving the Greater South/Central Texas Area.  Pella is a leader in the wood and fiberglass window and door industry.  The company serves many of the premier custom homebuilders and commercial contractors in Austin and surrounding areas.

Pella Products of South Texas is currently looking for a full time Inside Sales / Support Representative for our Austin Showroom. 

 

Position Description:

 

Walk incoming customers through our sales process: provide product and service information, assist in product pricing, and close the sale.

 

Answer incoming phone calls, provide phone quotes, route calls to other sales staff, research customer inquiries regarding order status, product delivery, and other general questions.

 

Assist outside sales group as necessary

 

Assist with show room maintenance/cleanliness, general office duties etc.

 

Handle and develop accounts acquired through walk in sales.  Facilitate further business/sales with customers through phone contact and follow up.

 

Basic Qualifications Required:

 

High School Diploma or higher

Experience in customer service

Strong Phone Skills

Strong verbal, organization, multi-tasking and basic computer skills

 

Additional qualifications preferred:

 

2+ years in the construction industry is highly preferred

Working knowledge of reading construction plans, documents, etcTeam mentality with the desire to always help as required.
