JOB DESCRIPTION:
Reporting Relationships: The install coordinator reports to the Customer Service department manager and the Director of Install.

Function: The install coordinator is responsible for providing direction and coordination of assigned installation and support activities, as required, for Associate installers and sub-contractors.

Duties
• Develop, maintain and manage installation personnel, schedules and materials for assigned projects.
• Installation billing
• Minimize expenses and control/audit expense reporting for assigned installation personnel, in accordance with corporate and department policies.
• Schedule installation personnel in an efficient manner to minimize travel cost and reduce down time.
• Track material for on site delivery prior to arrival of installers.
• Provide project status and support to Account Management and Sales personnel.
• Coordinate installation schedules to minimize disruption of customer’s business.
• Perform quality control functions throughout the installation process to ensure installation success and customer satisfaction.
• Provide support for timely resolution of service calls and flexible response for time-critical requirements.

Knowledge
• Previous experience in service scheduling, or related field.
• Clerical – managing files and records
• CAD, a plus

Skills
• Communication, both written and oral
• Basic math
• Computer Skills: Word and Excel required. CAD, a plus

• Organized

Physical Aspects of Position
• Requires prolonged sitting (85% of job is done by phone or computer)
• Office is located on the second floor of building, only stairs, no elevator.

DURATION: Indefinite, possible temp to perm for right candidate

SALARY: $14/hr

SHIFTS: 2 people 8am-5pm 1 person 1pm -7pm
