Installation Representative

We are looking for dynamic, high-energy individuals to join our Installations Training team based in Dallas, Texas.  The ideal candidate will play a key role in providing world-class support and providing a warm welcome to our clients, both on the phone and by email.  The ideal candidate must have exceptional communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and a strong desire to make a lasting initial impression on our merchants.

 

Key Areas of Responsibilities: Initiate out-bound calls to merchants for installation and training purposes. Answer incoming calls from new merchants regarding installation and training of their new card processing equipment.?Tele-Train? new merchants on the operation of their processing systemAssure that clients are satisfied with product and training received.Keep daily detailed records of installation telephone calls.Assist with minimal data entry work (as needed) to fulfill a clients request.Ensure that the merchant?s initial impression of company is a great impression.

 

Minimum Qualifications: Call Center / Customer Support experience is preferred.Good organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast paced environmentExercises superb phone etiquette skills with an energetic phone voice and a positive attitude.Excellent people skills, ability to work in a collaborative, team oriented environment.Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office software.Strong work ethic, using time productively to accomplish work goals.Excellent ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences, including non-technical.
