Installation and Service Clerk

 

As the key support person to the Installation and Service group, you will be interacting with clients, installation contractors and several HME departments to ensure a thorough installation process of HME systems. You will be responsible for documentation regarding installation and service call completions in our database that will be used to provide data to technical support, installation and sales departments.  Ideal candidate is detail oriented, PC literate AND a proven problem solver with a polished and professional phone manner.

 

What you will do:

 

? Track and follow up on installations ensuring completeness and customer satisfaction

? Maintain database of installation compliance

? Create and maintain successful working relationships with vendors, clients and HME staff

 

What you will need to do this job successfully:

 Data entry experienceTrack record of  working with a wide variety of clientsCommitment to providing excellent customer service MS Office knowledgeExcellent communication skills
