Insurance Account Specialist

As an Insurance Account Specialist you will become part of a dedicated team providing a broad range of services to our policyholders via telephone. By using our state-of-the-art technology you will answer questions about their home, auto, boat, and excess liability polices; as well as explain coverages, and resolve billing and other issues. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated with a strong attention to detail. Qualified candidates will be friendly, courteous team players who like a fast paced environment dedicated to providing unsurpassed customer service.
