Insurance Bilingual customer service rep

Low-Cost Insurance Services, Inc., one of California's leading providers of Quality auto insurance throughout CA and AZ, and a wholly owned subsidiary of Platinum Group of Companies, has 2 immediate openings in our Anaheim branch's service department

 

Job Purpose:

Maintains customer relationship by responding to inquiries; documenting actions regarding client's policy's with us.



Duties:

 

* Responds to customer inquiries by understanding inquiry; reviewing previous inquiries and responses; gathering and researching information; assembling and forwarding information; verifying customer's understanding of information and answer.



* Records customer inquiries by documenting inquiry and response in customers' accounts.



* Improves quality service by recommending improved processes; identifying new product and service applications.



* Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.



* Accomplishes customer service and organization mission by completing related results as needed.



Skills/Qualifications:

Looking for bright energetic, bilingual Spanish and computer literate service oriented individuals, to join our successful team at any of Insurance or career.  We accept both entry level trainees, without any insurance knowledge, as well as experience industry or service representative.

 

Candidates must be computer literate, have great attitude and willing to learn.
