International Medical Group, Inc. (IMG) is a worldwide leader in designing, distributing and administering global healthcare products. Our office is located on the North side of downtown Indianapolis and we currently have an opening for a Medical Insurance Call Center Manager. This is a critical position within the organization and will be responsible for the daily managerial functions of a 20 member Call Center.

Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in an Insurance Call Center. Strong interpersonal and communication skills along with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service is required. The selected candidate must have experience in coaching, developing and training a staff and a proven track record of effective leadership. Bi-lingual skills as well as an understanding of medical claims is preferred. We are seeking a high achiever with a demonstrated record of success who is ready for the next challenge in their career.
