Intern, Customer Operations

FindLaw client solutions include web site design and hosting as well as Internet marketing and advertising services.

We have a Customer Operations Internship for the summer of 2006.  This intern will be responsible for various projects within our Customer Operations department, including collaborating with other employees to developing an employee website, assisting with projects that include data entry, analysis and impact our search engine marketing products.

 

Key responsibilities include:

 

?  Work collaboratively with a small team to develop an employee website. This includes simple functions with Adobe Photoshop and design related software applications.

?  Work with Customer Operations Manager on various projects that impact our SEM products. Includes data entry, analysis and reviewing information.

?  Other projects as assigned that involve measuring and analyzing customer satisfaction data.

This internship will be approximately 10-12 weeks in length and will report into the Manager, Customer Experience.

 

EDUCATION: 

 

Must currently be pursuing a College degree or Associates degree in Design or related field.

 

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

?  Computer skills

o  Photoshop

o  Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

o  Knowledge of HTML coding preferred

?  Strong detail orientation

?  Ability to create concepts within specified deadline

?  Strong organization, time management and project management skills

?  Ability to take work direction
