International Customer Service Representative I

 

Wacker has all the tools in place for a self-starter to make an immediate impact in the equipment manufacturing and construction industry.  You will provide customer service, support and assistance to our international customers.  This will include processing orders and returns; handling export documentation covering international orders; arranging and facilitating the shipping process; investigating and resolving customer problems; and corresponding verbally and in writing in the customer's native language when possible.

 


 You provide:

Qualified individuals must possess a HS diploma and at least one year customer service/office experience.  Fluency in Spanish is required, other languages a plus.  PC proficiency (Word and Excel) and exceptional verbal communication and customer services skills are essential.  The ability to multi-task and efficient time management skills are a must.
