Life is good International Inc. is the exclusive licensee for Life is good? apparel and accessories outside the United States. The company works with several international licensees, distributors, and retailers to market and sell Life is good? apparel and accessories abroad. We are experiencing fast growth through international business partnerships. We expect to add staff as needed to support our international markets and partnerships. However, we expect to remain a small team.

International Operations Coordinator





Position Description:

The position is responsible for a variety of day-to-day functions and projects that support Life is good International?s licensees, distributors, retailers and internal operations. The specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:



Coordination and tracking of sales sample orders, shipments, deliveries.



Coordination, tracking and updating of SKU information and catalog composition for each season



Handling of individual requests from various sources for: samples, catalogs, orders, and other requirements


Responsibility for customer order entry and follow-up for International retail orders.


Assisting with preparation for trade shows and business travel required to support International markets



Organizing and maintaining the day-to-day information, records and files associated with each function.



Coordinating day-to-day office package shipments as needed

 

Assisting with a wide range of projects and administration as needed

Strong MS Excel, MS Word, MS Access skills

Language skills are desirable, but not required (German, Dutch, Norwegian, Swedish)

A Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator is desireable, but not required
