International Sales Coordinator

IDEXX Laboratories is looking for an International Sales Coordinator who will be our primary contact for Latin American personnel and distributors. Secondary personnel, distributor and customer contact for other locations as well.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
? Process customer orders, standing orders and shipping schedules.
? Coordinate international shipments.
? Generate pro-formas.
? Create import/export documentation.
? May interface with customs brokers and freight forwarders.
? Provide monthly reports on sales, expenses and accounts receivables.
? Interface with the technical service department.
? Interface with distribution, planning, and purchasing.
? May coordinate trade-shows, sales meetings, advertising etc.
? Monitor products on back-order and interfaces with internal departments to resolve and process with minimum delay.
? Provide support to field sales representatives and sales managers.
? Interact with finance personnel to resolve A/R issues.
? Interface with customers regarding payments and dispute resolutions.


Requirements:

EDUCATION:
Bachelor Degree or two years of relevant experience.

EXPERIENCE:
Customer service experience.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
? Bi-lingual (English & Spanish) required.
? Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, reports and technical procedures in both Spanish and English. Comparable ability in French is strongly preferred.
? Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions.
? Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
? Ability to successfully manage difficult internal and external customer issues.
? Fluency in French strongly preferred.
? Enjoy interfacing with multi-cultural backgrounds.
