International Website Support Specialist, Netherlands - Lexington, MA

You're professional and courteous. You could be the next International Website Support Specialist for Netherlands with VistaPrint's Design, Sales & Service team. You will handle customer service inquiries regarding products, services and site navigation, coming in via telephone, chat, email and other channels. Supporting our commitment to world-class customer care, you will convert, retain, and up-sell/cross-sell our clients. You will put together appropriate solutions and responses to inquiries based on defined procedures.

Native level Dutch language ability is absolutely required, for both spoken and written communications. Knowledge of other languages is a plus. You will need a high school diploma; a Bachelor's or technical school degree is preferred. We're looking for employees with at least 1 year of customer service experience, particularly with a multi-channel customer service environment. You should be familiar with Internet browsers and computer-based systems. Experience with graphic design and/or photo imaging design software is a plus. You must be able to work in a constantly changing environment while maintaining a positive attitude; you must provide excellent customer service even while multi-tasking.
