This position is an entry level opportunity that is ideal for a professional with sales and personal financial planning as their career goal. The optimum candidate will have some sales and customer service/banking experience with a bachelor's degree in Business, Economics or Finance.
oAct as first point of contact in branch and provide exceptional service
oDrive customer experience to high levels of satisfaction by adhering to the customer first principles
oIntroduce prospects to the full array of Fidelity products and services
oProvide Fidelity customers with account information
oListen for opportunities to engage the customers in additional business and guide or advise the client or prospect on how Fidelity can be of service
oUse on-line resources to capture and provide appropriate customer data
oFacilitate timely, accurate and efficient mutual fund and equity transactions
oWork with all branch employees as a member of the team
oTransaction Processing: Set up, input and enter data to the brokerage and shareholder systems which includes all account maintenance
oOutgoing customer mail, outgoing internal mail, incoming mail, imaging customer paperwork, shredding confidential paper and filing paperwork
oFacilitate point of contact resolution of priority requests and customer problems
oServe as quality control point to ascertain that all paperwork, policy and procedures for customer requests have been adhered to in accordance with all compliance requirements
oCustomer literature inventory management, office supplies Inventory Management
oSeminar Preparation
oWork closely with manager and licensed representatives to keep them updated on progress and resolution of client issues/requests
o Prior customer service, sales, or phone experience required
o Experience or strong interest in sales required
o Series 7 preferred (required within 6 months of hire)
o Series 66 (or equivalent 63/65) preferred, required within 90 days of passing the series 7 exam
o Insurance License desired
o College degree preferred
o Banking, insurance, or financial experience preferred
o Superb interpersonal, customer interaction, and communication skills are needed
o PC/Windows experience required
