Key Account Manager

 ADP, with $8.5 billion in revenues and approximately 590,000 clients worldwide, is one of the largest providers of a broad range of premier, mission-critical, cost-effective transaction processing and information-based business solutions. Our services include: a full suite of human resource administrative services; integrated securities transaction processing and investor communications services for the financial services industry; computing solutions for auto and truck dealers and vehicle manufacturers; and computer-assisted auto damage repair estimating, parts availability, and fee and utilization audits of bodily injury claims for auto accidents and workers' compensation.Primary Responsibilities Include:

?Provide excellent customer service.
?Efficiently and accurately document and complete tasks associated with day-to-day client requests within established service levels and committed timeframes.
?Effectively facilitate client meetings, client presentations and project meetings with clients, third-party vendors and/or internal resources while positively representing ProBusiness.
?Visit clients on assigned base, per the ProBusiness ?High Touch Service Standard?. Visits will include focusing on client training opportunities, relationship building, process improvements, product enhancements, expectations management and other applicable subjects. Clients are located throughout the United States and assigned base will vary per person and is subject to change.
?Successfully conduct regular proactive client meetings keeping clients up to date on new products, enhancements, process improvements, new services, key issues and resolutions.
?Take appropriate actions necessary to regularly affirm perceived client value.
?Consistently identify, negotiate and manage client expectations to ensure a high level of client satisfaction and retention.
?Effectively maintain and set-up system features, run utilities and address technical issues to ensure client expected output is achieved.
?Routinely track client payroll processing ensuring timely delivery of expected output.
?Routinely research and monitor issues associated with various ProBusiness software applications and take appropriate action to ensure client satisfaction.
?Effectively coordinate potential system enhancements or upgrades.
?Regularly monitor and research tax related issues and provide status updates to clients within committed timeframes.
?Actively develop and manage project plans in accordance with client needs.
?Regularly monitor the status of client requests, escalate as needed, communicate status of requests to clients within established timeframes and ensure management awareness of key issues impacting client satisfaction.
?Client liaison and project manager for issues requiring internal ProBusiness resources in order to ensure client expectations are met.
?Successfully assist clients with their implementation of company policy changes/requirements as it relates to updates required within a ProBusiness application or output from a ProBusiness application. (PTO, Medical, etc.)
?Plan for future merger/acquisition and divestiture transactions.
?Contribute to process re-engineering and enhancement projects internally and with clients as needed.
?Positively support and follow ProBusiness Service Standards, internal support procedures and other company initiatives as appropriate.
