Learner Support Associate (Multiple Openings)

The Learner Support Associate works as part of a team that provides exceptional customer service to an assigned group of students through both inbound and outbound interactions and other activities. The LSA will contribute to a strong, positive student experience by creatively responding to and resolving learner issues, either through first contact or working collaboratively with other team members. This position requires excellent interpersonal communication skills and the desire to exceed both team and personal goals.



Responsibilities:

? Respond to telephone and email service requests from learners, faculty and internal staff

? Build personalized relationships with learners; provide learner with viable options and solutions to ensure satisfaction and academic success

? Enter call information into call tracking databases; make updates to learner records

? Participate in proactive outreach efforts including outbound calls and emails to existing learners

? Research learner activities; prepare documents for advisors by reviewing reports and database/CRM information



Qualifications:

? Education: Bachelor?s degree or Associate?s degree with commensurate experience (Bachelor?s degree preferred)

? Experience: 1-3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a call center setting

? Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and databases/CRM?s; familiarity with the internet

? Customer-focused with emphasis on being timely, accurate and efficient

? Displayed success in achieving and sustaining goals/metrics

? Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills with ability to show empathy in difficult customer situations

? Experience working in a fast-paced environment where exceptional service and customer satisfaction is a key element of company brand
