Lease Compliance - Store Maintenance Assistant

Do you have experience handling a high volume of calls with professionalism? Do you have experience with interpreting contract language? You might be our ideal candidate! This entry-level position is responsible for store maintenance lease compliance-related issues with approximately 1200+ Dollar General Stores. You will be determining whether needed maintenance is Dollar General's responsibility or that of the landlord, then you'll make sure it gets done. Ability to communicate competently to our customers, landlords, attorneys, and operations (verbal and written) Excellent telephone customer service skills Ability to organize and prioritize effectively Ability to operate mainframe and personal computer in windows environment using multi-software programs Ability to make effective decisions and solve problems Ability to be a team player and is customer service driven Ability to conduct work as a professional Knowledge of retail lease language is a big plus!

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

 

One year of college with at least 1 year of on-the-job experience in a call center/ customer service environment preferred.

 

Compensation will consist of a competitive salary based on your
experience, with bonus potential.
