Legal Assistant / Collection Representative

We are a local company experiencing unprecedented growth in operations. We are currently adding to our staff and are looking for individuals who have a strong work ethic, are self motivated, possessing the DEDICATION and DRIVE to be a member of our successful team. You will be responsible for collecting the balances on charged off debt, performing asset searches, and extensive skip tracing. In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining performance standards on a portfolio meeting our clients production standard.  Strong analytical, verbal and written skills will be required to communicate to the consumer and the client the need for litigation.
