Licensed Customer Service Representative

Growing insurance agency seeks a motivated and energetic individual for customer service and sales opportunities.? Individual must possess excellent phone skills to handle incoming calls.?You must have some property and casualty experience and have at least a 440 license.? Organizational skills, phone skills and multi-tasking are some of the areas that this position requires.?

Responsibilities will include:

Assisting clients with endorsements, payments and billing

Processing and reviewing policy changes

Updating client files

Evaluating risks and learning underwriting guidelines

Prepare and submit applications

Computer experience and excellent organizational skills mandatory to work with clients.? Professionalism and good work ethics are also required.
