Loan Servicing Associate

We are looking for motivated Loan Servicing Associates to join our customer-service focused team in our new CLC Servicing Corp. office in Woodbury, Minnesota, to provide a first class borrower experience. Successful candidates will efficiently and accurately handle both incoming and outgoing calls regarding general student loan issues/questions, etc., utilizing our 'One Call Promise' for problem resolution and providing excellent customer service.We are looking for candidates to join our team that can work between 7:00am - 11:00pm, that are positive, energetic, willing to learn and adapt well to change. 

This is a bonus eligible position.

Required Experience and Background:

One year of customer service experience.  Problem solving skills; analytical, detail oriented, dependable and punctual; ability to work in a fast-paced team environment; ability to maintain customer confidentiality with a high level of integrity; excellent written and verbal written communication skills; working knowledge of MS Office and Internet applications.

 

Preferred Experience and Background

One year of customer service experience in a call center / loan processing environment.  Prior experience in the student loan/financial industry.

 

Education

High School education or equivalent; prefer AA degree or higher.
