Mail Tracking Coordinator

Our Pennsauken, NJ call center is looking for a qualified Mail Tracking Coordinator.

 

Position summary:

Provide administrative support to shift manager and manager; also provide back-up support to the shift manager. Responsible for coordinating selected operational activities for assigned jobs, in addition to phone responsibilities.

 

Responsibilities:

? Communicate and document daily support activity

? Assembly of all documentation and reports in preparation for the clients

? Interface between the management staff and other departments

? Provide backup for the shift manager

? Prepare and distribute report, mail tracking forms, descriptions, accuracy reports and data entry

? Monitor and coach mail tracking agents

? Assist in special projects as required

? Effectively communicate operational issues to mail tracking manager and shift manager

? Provide guidance and solutions to agents as issues arise

? Work with managers to provide operational training as needed

? Maintain schedules and direct agents to take breaks and lunches accordingly

? Track jobs as needed

? Other duties as assigned

 

Required skills:

? Strong organizational, time management and communication (written/verbal) skills

? Ability to manage multiple time sensitive deadline oriented projects simultaneously

? Ability to clearly communicate (written/verbal) with internal and external audiences

? Problem solving, analytical skills

? Proficient in Word, Excel, and general data entry/database maintenance programs

? Ability to work under pressure and meet critical deadlines

? Ability to convey a professional and positive image and attitude

? Strong leadership abilities

? Flexible in schedule

? Willingness to work late when deadlines must be met

? Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive material

? Enthusiasm when taking on new projects and responsibilities

 

Required Training/Experience:

? One year call center experience

? Spreadsheet/word processing experience

? High School Diploma
