Lanier Professional Services has opportunities in Washington DC area, we are looking for individuals with experience managing and operating a high volume mail center and copy center for a well established law firm. Individuals will work various shifts and handle all aspects of copy center and mailroom management, from incoming to outgoing, printing, sorting and distribution.


The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements: High School diploma or equivalent.  At least 2 years of experience working in a mail room and or copy center. The ability to lift 30+ lbs, as necessary.  At least 2 years of face-to-face customer service experience with a proven track record of keeping customers happy. Have Computer knowledge of Outlook and MS Office programs to size and print.  Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task.
