We are seeking a Client Liaison in Rockville to service assigned Major clients.
This is a Client Relationship position, NOT a Sales position.
This position will work as an advocate for assigned clients, resolving operational issues, designing process improvements that enhance client service, cultivating new business opportunities and insuring that outstanding service is provided to each client. To perform these responsibilities, candidates must be able to design mission statements and strategy, as well as, establish relevant goals and measurement standards. Budgeting, identification of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, and the ability to understand a client?s business are all essential skills for the position. This important position also requires the development of communication plans, effective presentation skills and a bottom line orientation to meet profitability goals. We seek someone who is analytical, with the ability to process information quickly and develop creative solutions. Excellent oral and written skills will be needed to make convincing presentations.

Requirements:
We are seeking only LOCAL Candidates having 4+ years of client (business to business) customer service experience, with some account relationship management experience. One year of client service supervisory experience is preferred. A high school diploma or GED is required, with some college preferred. Heavy phone-based customer interaction is routine, and an ability to prioritize tasks and provide timely follow-up is needed. Above average computer skills and knowledge of Windows based software, including Excel and PowerPoint, are required skills. Other desired qualities include attention to detail and an ability to work independently, as well as in group collaboration. Must be able to periodically travel with little or no advance notice.
