You will participate in our comprehensive management trainee program, which is designed to teach you what it takes to manage and grow a multi-million dollar business successfully! You'll make daily management decisions in all aspects of the business, including customer relations, sales/marketing, business development, revenue management, fleet distribution, administration, and P & L responsibilities. The ideal candidate will possess the following minimum requirements:

* BA/BS degree (business-related major preferred)

* Previous customer service and/or sales experience in a fast-paced environment

* Valid CA driver's license with a satisfactory driving record

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

* Strong problem solving skills and abilities to multi-task in a rapidly-changing environment

* Demonstrated leadership ability and desire to succeed
