Management Trainee, Telemarketing

Due to tremendous growth Unique Window and Door is expanding its Telemarketing department. We are looking for candidates who not only want to learn Telemarketing, but desire to learn how to lead. . These positions are year round, full time company employees. No experience is necessary. We offer an excellent training program and who you are is more important to us than what you know. First year potential is $30 to $40,000 and includes weekly Salary, commission, monthly bonus, full benefits, Anthem health insurance, Fortis Dental, 401 K, an outstanding Profit Sharing plan managed by Old National Bank, Paid holidays and vacation, and a gym membership. The position does require a valid driver?s license, and background checks are conducted on all candidates.
