DEFINITION
The Manager, Client Specialists is responsible for managing the partnership with top Authorize.Net Merchants.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
? Analyze and interpret clients? strategies, challenges, and solutions needs
? Identify and communicate new product and service opportunities based on analysis of clients? business practices, market and operational challenges
? Prospect, qualify and close additional product and service opportunities
? Engage active contact with clients? senior management team, as well as key players involved in the purchase and use of Lightbridge products and services
? Coordinate and secure appropriate resources to manage the sales process through closure
? Provide management direction for major account teams
? Coordinate and engage Authorize.Net partners to enhance our position with clients
? Preferred customer?s 1st contact w/ ANet. Equipped to resolve concerns, manage pricing negotiations and overall customer care.
? Will provide supervisory role over a team of Customer Support Specialists.
QUALIFICATIONS
I. Education / Number of Years Work Experience / Certifications:Requires BA/BS Must have 5+ years of customer service experience, wireless or Internet experience preferred. Minimum of 5 years? experience in a consultative and/or account management sales role for software and services. Strong leadership, negotiation, communication and client relationship skillsAbility to work with multiple teams in a fast-paced work environment for major clients 25%-50% travel required

Must be able to work nonstandard hours, nights, weekends and/or holidays including being on-call 24x7.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Employee is able to work in a general office environment on an ongoing basis working on personal computers for long periods of time. Employee may be called upon to interact verbally with other staff and/or clients face to face or over the telephone. Moderate stress may occur at times when facing deadlines. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit; use hands and arms to handle, reach and feel; and talk or hear. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
