Manager ? Customer Care Quality

 

The Manager of Customer Care Quality is responsible for leading a team of analysts and coordinators in an effort to drive process improvement initiatives and increase customer satisfaction across multiple call centers.

 

A Bachelor's degree as well as a certification in Six Sigma, ASQ, Project Management or another Quality related discipline is required as is a minimum of 5 years experience in a supervisor role, leading a combination of both operations and quality teams is required. 

 

Requirements include the demonstrated ability to:Develop and execute plans on the use and prioritization of resourcesLead and develop analyst and coordinator level positionsDevelop and maintain business relationships with internal customersConduct regular Quality Reviews with call center leadershipManage project plans that include multiple initiatives and multiple project leaders Facilitate cross-functional quality improvement initiativesSuccessfully communicate with clients via teleconference and face to face presentationsUse Six Sigma principles to lead quality improvement initiativesUse of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and VISIO

 

Two or more years in a management level position and multiple years experience as a supervisor or manager in a call center or mail order operation is preferred.  The ability to use database applications such as MS Access, etc. and data analysis applications such as QI macros, or Minitab is also preferred.
