The mission of the BPMO is to drive the development and implementation of projects in a way that brings innovative solutions, optimizes and aligns resources, promotes quality and continuous improvement, meets and exceeds customer expectations, and integrates multiple department perspectives into one solution. We do this so we can deliver products and services to the market faster, achieve our business strategies, and develop talent for the future.
The BPMO currently has an opening for a Manager. The primary responsibility of the Manager will be to lead a team of Project Managers and Business Analysts to achieve stated business objectives. This includes the daily supervision of associates and oversight of projects managed by the unit. The Manager is accountable for the oversight and successful implementation of projects within the team and for compensation planning, performance management, recruiting, and hiring decisions.
Principal responsibilities include:
Daily supervision and leadership of associates on the team
Prioritizing team?s work to align with corporate strategies and dept. objectives
Compensation planning
Performance management and associate development
Coaching and assisting associates as needed
Development & execution of strategies and tactical plans to improve the effectiveness of the project management and business analysis process.
