Manager of Customer Services

Join the communications leader that really connects with people and become a part of the SunCom Wireless team.  We are seeking a talented individual for a great opportunity to work in our Customer Service department managing the internal and external Customer Service process.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The qualified candidate would be responsible for managing information flow; developing/ implementing inter-departmental communication initiatives and operation process improvements; reviewing test call and quality results and various reports; analyzing trends; developing job aids, policies, and call scripts; developing and maintaining audit/control procedures and associate feedback mechanisms; integrating new technology; and researching finance reports.

REQUIREMENTS:
The position requires a Bachelor's degree (B. A.) or four year of related experience/ training; along with 5 years of call center management experience; and a thorough working knowledge of the telecommunications industry.
