Inbound Customer Service Rep For Pharmacy Management Group


The chosen candidates will be taking inbound calls from Pharmacist across the country regarding member prescriptions and calls from members for refill prescriptions, mail-order prescripts etc...All calls are typically 1-2 minutes in length and rep will be looking up member information as well as pharmacy plan information.


Average calls per day are 90, and all calls are monitored for quality. Company has a resolution process, supervisors, and mentors that are assigned for assistance and live training.

 

Training is paid and scheduled from 8-5pm M-F for 2-7weeks. Once training is complete employee will get a schedule for next 3-6 months.

 

The company's hours of operation are currently Monday through Friday from 6:30 AM to 9:00 PM; Saturdays 8:00 AM to 12:00 AM, and Sundays 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.. These hours are subject to change based on business requirements.

 

ALL candidates must understand scheduling is based on Call Center needs which includes possibly working nights and weekends. Must be able to be flexible and work the schedule provided.

 

Requirements: Attendance is crucial! Must have a HS diploma or higher to work at company. 


Must have stable work history and must have Medical customer service experience. Qualified candidates must have excellent customer service skills, and be able to type 30wpm & Meet expectations on testing. The right candidate for this position should possess basic-intermediate MS Office computer skills along with attention to detail.
