Job Description:


We seek a talented communicator to join our cohesive team in this exciting role. Providing research support in a call center environment, you would enjoy lots of variety, growth and learning opportunities as you see issues through to resolution.


 


Job Responsibilities:



Troubleshooting and researching claims payment issues including Part D for Medicare and Evercare products.


Ensuring that members and providers are set up correctly within the internal systems.


Answering inbound calls as needed.

Handling escalated calls.


 



Job Qualifications:



Medicare Part D background required.


Experience with CPT and ICD9 codes is essential.


Claims research or processing experience is also required.


A working knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid or government programs is preferred. 


Telephonic customer service experience is a plus, including a background in handling escalated issues.


Previous experience with CMS Complaint Tracking Module is ideal.
