In this position you will proactively build strong lasting relationships with members, providers and employers.
Hours for position vary from 8:00am - 11pm - Monday- Sunday.
Overtime as needed.
Seeking individuals with 2 - 5 years customer service experience in a call center environment preferred.
Excellent typing and PC skills.
Must possess effective written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft office software and a background in health insurance preferred.
Associate or Bachelor's degree desired.
Demonstrated and proven analytical, organizational, team building and listening skills.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and to handle a constant volume of phone inquiries is necessary.
Bilingual a plus.
