Member Service Representative (Teller)-Full Time

The Member Service Representative (Teller) position is truly at the heart of what we do - serve our membership. You could say that it's the most important position here at First Tech. Well, one of them, that's for sure.

As a Member Service Representative you will be actively engaged with the customer (we call them members) providing a quality service experience ranging from greeting and building the individual customer relationships, accurately and timely processing transactions (withdrawals, deposits, transfers, loan payments, cashier checks and other services), being the first point of contact in most instances and referring members to the appropriate area based on needs.

Qualified candidates will have:

1-2 yrs of previous cash handling and customer service experience.
Ability to read and write. Proficiency in basic mathematics.
Ability to work well with the public in person and on the phone.
Ability to work well as part of a team.
Ten key, calculator and computer competency.
