Member Services Specialist - Hourly

Greet members and determine individual needs and service their requests.? Cross-sell other products and services as required to achieve goal and assist to improve service quality during summer months.? This position will also process payments and other transactions as needed, maintain and update member information in POS, operate PBX and other related duties.

Must have excellent customer service skills as well as verbal communication skills.? Must be able to learn basic PC skills with windows, outlook, Internet/intranet access skills.? Necessary to assure total member satisfaction and to achieve production and quality service goals.
