Responsibilities:  Provide and set world-class service standards for all Member Services Representatives to follow when corresponding with members. Engage the staff in defining world class service, along with the individual coaching and development of each team member. Respond to all phone calls, emails and other correspondence in an accurate and timely fashion. Motivate the team, to create and foster a positive work environment, and set strategies to achieve quality goals and productivity. Maintain and distribute the daily production goals and results. Evaluate and track department and individual productivity, ensuring that each team member is achieving peak productivity and performance. Oversee the daily supervision of the Member Services Department, including selection, training, work allocation, and problem resolution; evaluating performance and making recommendations for personnel actions.Qualifications: Demonstrated leadership skills, with excellent coaching and development of staff members.Proven track record for providing world class service, in a fast-paced, high-energy work environment. 4-5 years of experience managing personnel. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
