Responsibilities: 
Provide management direction and subject matter knowledge to member service staff.
The member services supervisor will provide the leadership necessary to meet a level of service that exceeds customer expectation.
Ensuring that Member Service Representatives work together to provide the highest level of quality service to both internal and external customers.
Recognizes the value of each customer by demonstrating commitment to service excellence.



Qualifications:
Function as a people / human resource manager.
Exhibit exceptional customer service focus.
Good leadership and time management skills.
Good interpersonal skills and excellent listening skills.
Professional demeanor and ability to deal with confidential information.
Motivated, positive, enthusiastic attitude.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good problem solving and decision making abilities.
Ability to work independently.
Well organized.
Ability to handle stressful and emotional situations on a daily basis.
High school diploma required.
BA degree required.
Minimum 2 + years of call center experience as a supervisor.
CRT, PC and Windows experience preferred.
Strong working knowledge of medical terminology.
