SUMMARY:
Manages day-to-day operations of Manufacturer Client Service staff. Coordinates the flawless and timely execution of programs with Sales for Catalina's Manufacturer clients. Implements departmental strategies and goals. Leads team through effective feedback and coaching.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Facilitate complete, timely and accurate program set up and execution.Manage productivity and work flow.
Ensure the communication and achievement of departmental goals.
Deliver exceptional customer service.
Recommend and implement process improvements.
Serve as lead contact for sales and client service.Provide thorough training for new and existing employees.
Team leadership:
Provide consistent feedback and coaching
Perform quarterly MBO updates
Conduct core competency reviews
Complete and deliver annual performance appraisals
Create individual development plans
Address employee relations issues.
Recruit and hire new employees.
Assist sales team with revenue forecasting.
Reinforce cross-departmental awareness.
Support new product planning and implementation.
Assist with expense control.

EDUCATION:
Associates degree with 2-3 years professional experience or non-specific Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent related experience.

EXPERIENCE:
Supervisory experience or proven leadership capabilities a must.
