MAJOR DUTIES: (May perform any or all of the following duties.)
Supervise a team of approx 15 customer care associates, providing leadership and managing performance to achieve a range of sales, service and operational business goals

Establish, monitor, coach and provide daily, weekly and monthly feedback regarding performance against required individual goal achievement

Develop and implement development and performance improvement plans as appropriate

Communicate and manage expectations for quality and accuracy of work, as well as key productivity metrics associated with service level achievements Identify variances and create effective plans to address gaps

Monitor schedule adherence and attendance to insure compliance with standards

Provide motivation and leadership and role model expected behaviors in areas of job performance, work ethic standards, self-management and employee empowerment

Together with team, identify process improvement opportunities and proactively develop implementation plans

Maintain a high level of product, process and competitive knowledge

Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance.

Qualifications
EDUCATION: Must be willing to work flexible shifts and hours as center needs dictate

2-3 years of supervisory experience in a call center environment, primarily focused on customer care and sales

Excellent organization and time management skill.

Strong analytic skills and comfort in PC based reporting systems and processes

Ability to maintain productivity under pressure and to multitask effectively
Superior coaching, leadership and interpersonal skills

Minimum of bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
