Support the sales consultants and sales representatives within region on sales demonstrations and sales opportunities as needed, including the following: ? Present final product solutions to prospective client?s management and executive team, while articulating the solution in the context of BPM and the unique business value that Hyperion has to offer the client ? Articulate the capabilities of the complete Hyperion solution set during a demonstration in order to create a vision in front of the client of a solid integrated platform, while accurately estimating and scoping the work to be done for that opportunity. ? Ensure project success by facilitating the knowledge transfer between Sales and Services at the beginning of the project and schedule checkpoints to ensure quality control Coach his or her direct reports to develop and manage all aspects of the SC team to ensure the team maintains a solid knowledge of the marketplace, business trends and competitive products. Specific activities include, but not limited to the following: ? Conduct team meetings to facilitate idea sharing and learning amongst the solutions consultant team with clear and frequent communication updates. Design and participate in team building activities and work with team on conflict resolution methods. ? Work closely with the regional sales team to strategize, position, and schedule appropriate resources to fit the client?s requirements, ensuring that the solutions consultants take the lead on opportunities, while maintaining a supporting role. ? Perform timely Performance Management & Evaluations for entire team, and communicate established goals as appropriate. ? Develop career development plans for the solutions consultants, including defining and executing effective succession plans ? Facilitate and ensure mentoring of solution consultants occurs within assigned region. ? Identify and align the appropriate resources for an opportunity to ensure appropriate team with right skill is assembled to maximize success of closing the sales opportunity.

The Manager of Sales Consultants role will have strong technical knowledge, presentation skills, understanding of the market space, strong management skills, and are able to perform under pressure and tight time constraints and maintain a positive attitude in front of the prospect. The ideal candidate will have a strong background and understanding of Financial Applications, and domain knowledge in OLAP, business intelligence, business analytics, as well as have the ability to mentor a team of Sales Consultants.

Will be of graduate level, preferably in a related discipline, e.g. Finance, Computing, Business Studies etc. A MBA, CPA, or MS in a relevant discipline is preferred.
