Miami Customer Service Manager

Responsibilities

Customer Service Manager needed to manage all aspects of customer service
daily job activity and staff at busy site location.  Manages job work flow
through typesetting and production cycles to completion. Understands
capabilities of BITS and BOSS systems.  Develop, train, and evaluate performance of Customer Service staff.  Requires excellent problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environment.

 

RequirementsQualified candidates will have 6-8 years experience to include direct
experience in financial printing customer service and experience with client
interface. Experience with EDGAR and strong knowledge of the Securities and Exchange Commission?s rules and regulations required.  Three years supervisory experience preferred. Preferably educated to degree level or equivalent.  EOE
