Mobility Account Manager

Job Summary:

This position provides superior service and sales assistance to wireless representatives, customers, and carriers.  Act as the first point of contact for carrier representatives, customers, and sales representatives for wireless orders. Be the point of reference on carrier processes and procedures. Listen to customers to identify opportunities for Software Spectrum to leverage sales, generate additional sales, and improve the business relationship with customers, carriers, and all other business partners. 

Mobility Account Managers Have the Following Qualities:

-  Takes pride in providing excellent customer service in the wireless, or other technology-based, industry

-  Impeccable follow up skills.  Impeccable problem solving skills.  

-  Ability to identify opportunities to present additional wireless solutions to customers

-  Experience selling wireless products and services

-  Thrives on working in a fast pace environment

-  Experience selling wireless products and services

-  Strong PC, MS Office, and internet research skills
