Morgantown - Customer Service Representative

Our customer management center team handles primarily inbound calls in a setting that empowers each individual to develop and apply their talents and skills. We are currently recruiting full-time and part-time Inbound Customer Services Agents for our location in Morgantown, West Virginia.

As a Customer Service Representative in our customer management center, you will handle inbound phone calls and provide concise, quality customer service for a large financial client.

Qualifications:
*High school diploma or GED
*Minimum 6 months experience in a customer service work environment preferred
*Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills
*Strong problem-solving abilities
*Responsive and adaptive to change
*Skill in Windows and in using the internet
*Basic math skills
*Must be eligible to obtain a clean criminal background check.

Responsibilities:
*Responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for customers by accessing their banking needs via telephone channels.
*Responsible for delivering a high level of service through identifying relationship opportunities; matching appropriate products to customers needs; performing account maintenance in quires; and migrating customers to alternative banking methods.
*Responsible for investigating and resolving a wide variety of issues and requests including, but not limited to, probing for additional information from customers, setting expectations, and completing fulfillment request that are carried out by other support organizations.
*Responsible for possessing knowledge on a wide array of products and services and using appropriate resources to resolve customer requests.
*Interacts with customers to create a successful experience.

Hours: Flexibility required to work shifts within a timeframe from 7 am to 12 am, 7 days a week

Rate of pay: $8.50/hour, plus performance based incentive pay up to
$10.00/hour with monthly bonus potential up to 15%.
